Voices Workshop
Change starts with people, grows through community, & together we define belonging. A workshop that creates space for people, communities & organisations to come together and shape solutions that matter to them. Through inclusive engagement, we will intentionally co-design how people can be actively involved in shaping strategies, services, and measuring experience.

This workshop enables teams & organisations to build the relational infrastructure essential for co-design. We work through the layers of principles, behaviours, power-sharing & repair to establish cultures where trust, psychological safety, care & shared ownership are actively cultivated. The result is a more resilient, collaborative environment where people can contribute their expertise & lived experience with confidence, shaping decisions & solutions together.

Sessions to help you understand the basics of Co-Production, to deeper, hands-on workshops that focus on the how to of making Co-Production happen. You’ll gain a clear understanding of what Co-Production is, how it differs from other ways of working, and why it matters. Together, we’ll explore its core principles, the real difference it can make, and give you the practical tools, knowledge, and confidence to move Co-Production from concept to action.
Coaching Skills
Learn how to have conversations that really connect with people. This training offers the skills required for a person-centred coaching approach, showing you how to use both directive and non-directive techniques in a way that feels natural & supportive. You’ll explore how ‘ego states’ influence the way we communicate, & why trust, rapport, & gentle challenge are at the heart of meaningful, person-centred conversations.
